Dawn’s Personal Bio

Dawn Placer, founder of ASPYRE Life Coaching, turned years of hardship into a life focused on growth, resilience, and helping others. Her journey included difficult experiences such as a childhood custody battle, a teenage assault, and two marriages affected by domestic violence and betrayal. By 2010, Dawn was a single mother facing unemployment, bankruptcy, and financial uncertainty.

Instead of giving up, she chose to rebuild her life step by step. Through determination, support from others, and a strong focus on moving forward, Dawn was able to rebuild her credit, create financial stability, and provide security for her family within just a few years. In 2017, she reached another milestone by moving into her own private apartment. Soon after, she began serving her community as a volunteer EMT and health coach in 2018.

These experiences inspired Dawn to create ASPYRE Life Coaching, where she now helps others overcome obstacles, build confidence, and create meaningful change in their lives. Her “take-action” mindset encourages clients to break through limitations and move toward independence, healing, and success.

As a Monmouth County resident and survivor of long-term abuse, Dawn is also a proud advocate for 180 Turning Lives Around, an organization that provides confidential support and resources for individuals and families affected by domestic and sexual violence. Through her work as a life coach, Dawn is passionate about helping survivors regain their confidence, reclaim their lives, and realize their full potential.
